This place used to be a warehouse, but later transformed into a comprehensive building integrating hotels, restaurants, and shopping malls. The easternmost is the Secker Hotel, the Italian restaurant in the middle, and the mall and the Giant bicycle shop in the west. The restaurant also serves breakfast for guests at the Seker Hotel. Only had breakfast here and didn't know how its dinner was done. There are not many varieties of breakfast but the quality is not bad.
